Made to fit on top of your 12 in. catch basin drain, it's built with an angled grate, with the high end closing the distance the water drops from the downspout, preventing water from splashing against the building wall or ricocheting off the grate surface. The debris that hits the grate automatically slides off the sloped surface and settles into an easy-to-clean shelf.
