Returns & Cancellation Policy

Need to make a return? You have up to 30 days to return items after delivery. Choose either a 100% Store Credit minus shipping fees, or a money refund excluding any incurred shipping and return costs, processing fee and may be subject to 15% restocking fee.

Returns Policy

Return any new & unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of shipment for a 100% store credit minus shipping or a money back refund, excluding any incurred shipping and return costs, processing fee and may be subject to 15% restocking fee.

  • Items not in new condition are not returnable. Products received incorrect, defective or damaged will be returned and replaced or refunded free of charge.
  • If you received free shipping when you purchased items, the actual shipping charges CheapSprinklers incurred when shipping the items to you, will be deducted from your refund. The customer will also be responsible for return shipping charges.
  • The same goes with flat rate shipping orders, the actual shipping charges CheapSprinklers incurred when shipping the items will be taken from the refund.
  • Products received incorrect, defective/damaged, or with manufacturer warranty issue will be returned and replaced or refunded free of charge. 
  • Full refunds, including the original shipping cost, are issued for returns of defective products, products that were damaged during the shipping process, or incorrect products.

Cancellation Policy

We understand sometimes things change and you no longer need what you ordered. If we can cancel before we ship the item we both win. We can get your money back to you sooner and neither of us lose money to ship something unnecessarily. We have long had a policy to cancel any order, no questions asked for a full refund. We still have the same no questions asked cancellation policy. However, unfortunately, payment processors have recently instituted a policy where we no longer get our payment processing fees back as a result of a canceled or returned order. We want to work with you on any cancellation but understand in some circumstances we will not be allowed to return 2.9% of your order total. We never receive payment processing fees from your financial institution back even if the order is canceled or returned.

  • If the order is shipped before you contact Customer Service, we won't be able to cancel it. However, you can return it, following the applicable Product Return steps above.
  • If the order has already been picked and the shipping label purchased, then the refund will be subject to a 5% restocking fee plus the processing fee.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not in new condition are not returnable. Any item that has been used, installed, or modified is not eligible for return (unless the product is damaged/defective and/or covered by warranty).

How to Start a Return

Please email contact@cheapsprinklers.com to start your returns/exchange process.

  • Include your order number, items you wish to return, and a reason for returning the items. We will email you back with a return label  and instructions.
  • In the incredibly unusual event that an item is missing or is wrong in your order, please email contact@cheapsprinklers.com and let us know what was missing or wrong with your order.

If you choose, you may return the order without a prepaid label. However, please ensure you understand the return terms above, if you have any concerns or question please contact us. If your product is in new, unused and in it's original packaging your return should be sent to the following address:

How to Pack My Return

If shipping the order back using our original shipping package. Then please make sure to retape the package well as it has probably taken some damage in the original shipping package. Also please make sure to include the original cushioning in the package so the product takes no damage in return. Please make sure to retape the package and do not rely on our original tape to hold the product to get back to us. CheapSprinklers will not be liable for any return damage the package takes.

If shipping the order back using your own packaging. Then please make sure to package the item properly so it takes no damage in return to us. Please make sure to use sufficient tape to hold the package closed. CheapSprinklers will not be liable for any return damage the package takes.

Lost Package Policy

Packages presumed to be lost:

Packages are presumed to be lost for US Domestic orders when the status of the package is not "delivered", and it has been greater than 7 days since the last status update per the tracking information. Please email contact@cheapsprinklers.com if your package appears to be lost.

  • In some cases, CheapSprinklers can conclude the package has been lost when it has been 7 days or less since the last status update, but no warranties are made that we will do so. We will reach out to the carrier to decide where to go from there unless Delivery Protection has been purchased.
  • Please email contact@cheapsprinklers.com before filing a claim as we can likely get a faster response if we submit the claim ourselves.

All Domestic and International claims related to lost packages must be filed within 60 days from the last status update per the tracking information.

Packages Held in Customs:

CheapSprinklers reserves the right to not cover packages that have been held in customs, for any reason. The customer may be referred to the merchant to resolve the issues of why Customs has held the package.

CheapSprinklers will not cover customs fees for orders that are replaced by CheapSprinklers. This is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Protection and Damaged Items Policy

CheapSprinklers Delivery Protection will cover items and packages that are damaged due to the shipment carrier’s neglect with no questions asked if purchased. These damages include functional damage that stop the product from working as advertised and render it unusable.

If no Delivery Protection is purchased, the customer must send CheapSprinklers the evidence of the damage, via email to contact@cheapsprinklers.com. Within this email, the customer must include their order # and the proof of damage itself. The customer will then be required to provide images of the packages damages per the carriers guidelines.

All claims related to Damaged Items must be filed within 10 days.

Incorrect Address Shipments

If the customer inputs the incorrect address information in the checkout process, CheapSprinklers.com reserves the right to not cover the package. If the customer has input the correct address information when purchasing, but the package was delivered to the incorrect address, CheapSprinklers.com will cover this as long as there is proof of delivery to the incorrect address. Please email us if you feel your package was delivered to the incorrect address and we will reach out to the carrier for delivery confirmation.

Stolen Packages Policy

*If you have a common occurence of Stolen Packages at your property, then please email contact@cheapsprinklers.com prior to ordering. We can set up your package to require delivery signature so that you have to be present at time of delivery.

CheapSprinklers.com, at our discretion, may require a police report when the package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, but has not been received by the customer. See the requirements below:

  1. The customer may be required to file a police report for orders that are $800 or more. Include an explanation within the report that CheapSprinklers.com is the company that has protected the package, and is helping in the dispute and resolution process for the customer and the merchant.
  2. The customer must send CheapSprinklers.com the police report via email to contact@cheapsprinklers.com. Please include Order# Police Report Stolen Package in the subject line.

CheapSprinklers.com reserves the right to require additional information to be submitted if CheapSprinklers determines it is necessary to review this additional information for the claim resolution process.
