Returns & Cancellation Policy


Return any new & unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of shipment for a money back refund, excluding any incurred shipping and return costs, processing fee and may be subject to 15% restocking fee.

  • Items not in new condition are not returnable. Products received incorrect, defective or damaged will be returned and replaced or refunded free of charge.
  • If you received free shipping when you purchased items, the actual shipping charges CheapSprinklers incurred when shipping the items to you, will be deducted from your refund. The customer will also be responsible for return shipping charges.
  • The same goes with flat rate shipping orders, the actual shipping charges CheapSprinklers incurred when shipping the items will be taken from the refund.
  • Products received incorrect, defective/damaged, or with manufacturer warranty issue will be returned and replaced or refunded free of charge. 
  • Full refunds, including the original shipping cost, are issued for returns of defective products, products that were damaged during the shipping process, or incorrect products.

  • Include your order number, items you wish to return, and a reason for returning the items. We will email you back with a return label  and instructions.
  • In the incredibly unusual event that an item is missing or is wrong in your order, please email and let us know what was missing or wrong with your order.

  • Items not in new condition are not returnable. Any item that has been used, installed, or modified is not eligible for return (unless the product is damaged/defective and/or covered by warranty).


We understand sometimes things change and you no longer need what you ordered. If we can cancel before we ship the item we both win. We can get your money back to you sooner and neither of us lose money to ship something unnecessarily. We have long had a policy to cancel any order, no questions asked for a full refund. We still have the same no questions asked cancellation policy. However, unfortunately, payment processors have recently instituted a policy where we no longer get our payment processing fees back as a result of a canceled or returned order. We want to work with you on any cancellation but understand in some circumstances we will not be allowed to return 2.9% of your order total. We never receive payment processing fees from your financial institution back even if the order is canceled or returned.

  • If the order is shipped before you contact Customer Service, we won't be able to cancel it. However, you can return it, following the applicable Product Return steps above.
