Hunter Pro-Spray Check Valve Assembly for all Hunter 1/2'' Pro-Spray Heads
The Hunter 437400SP is a replacement drain check valve assembly designed specifically for all pop-up Hunter Pro-Spray sprinkler bodies to prevent low-head drainage and puddling on slopes.
- Prevents low head drainage and water pooling around sprinkler (up to 10 ft. of elevation)
- Fits all Pro-Spray model spray assemblies
- Easily slides into the bottom of any Hunter Pro-Spray Sprinkler.
- No tools required
When the lowest head on the zone drains residual water from the piping system out of the sprinkler, this is referred to as "low head drainage". Eventually, the draining will stop after all the water has leaked out of the pipe. To fix low head drainage, you can install a check valves in the sprinkler.
*These only work with Hunter brand Pro-Spray Spray Head Assemblies. Will not work with other brand sprays or other models of 1/2'' sprinklers.
