1-1/2″ In-line AC valve with Flow Control

DIG's heavy duty 1-1/2" 24 VAC plastic control inline valves are designed for reliable operation and superior hydraulic performance. The heavy duty plastic control valves demonstrate exceptional performance for optimal control of any irrigation system, featuring a flow control handle for flow adjustment and manual shutoff, and internal manual opening via the solenoid for smooth opening and closing. The heavy duty 24 VAC 1-1/2" plastic control inline valves are suitable for above- or below-grade installation in commercial applications.

The heavy duty inline valve encapsulated diaphragm seat assembly are guided and includes a flexible and balanced supported diaphragm with rubber seat washer assembly that support elastomeric sealing surface. The heavy-duty plastic inline valve internal design enables a high flow rate with low head loss, smooth valve opening and closing, low flow opening and actuation pressure with less risk for diaphragm erosion and distortion.

Features
  • Constructed of a UV-resistant, glass-reinforced nylon bonnet with a stainless steel spring and non-corrosive materials
  • High flow with low pressure loss
  • Operates in a wide range of flow rates
  • Normally closed
  • Large flow control handle for water flow adjustment and manual shutoff
  • Manual or automatic operation
  • Flow-control adjustment - can be used to reduce sprinkler over-spray
  • Smooth valve opening and closing prevents pressure surge hazards
  • The valve's only moving component is its diaphragm with no shaft, seals, or bearings within the water passage
  • Unobstructed flow path for higher flow rate with lower head loss
  • Highly durable to chemical use with an irrigation system
  • Flexible balanced diaphragm and seal
