These damages include functional damage that stop the product from working as advertised and render it unusable.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cspan\u003eThe customer must send CheapSprinklers the evidence of the damage, via email to \u003c\/span\u003e\u003ca href=\"mailto:contact@cheapsprinklers.com\" title=\"mailto:contact@cheapsprinklers.com\"\u003econtact@cheapsprinklers.com\u003c\/a\u003e\u003cspan\u003e. Within this email, the customer must include their order # and the proof of damage itself. The customer will then be required to provide images of the packages damages per the carriers guidelines.\u003c\/span\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAll claims related to Damaged Items must be filed within 10
