my solenoid is .43 amps inrush and .25 amps holding the length of the xxxx end is 3/8 inch long, will this work?

All solenoids are threaded differently. If you can email me a picture of the valve you are needing a solenoid for to contact@cheapsprinklers.com, then I might can help there. But based off dimensions I cannot help. Solenoids are unique to their manufacturers valve threading.
