Yes, the HPC-FP will replace the current faceplate on your controller and give you the ability to control it through WiFi.
The date on the Pro-C has to be from March 2014 or newer, if the controller has a date code older than March 2014, then the HPC-FP will not work. The date code on the Pro-C must be later than March 2014 in order for the upgrade faceplate to work.
