Part Circle is adjustable up to 360 degrees. The only difference in a PC and FC rotor is that and FC rotor will do a full circle only and it will be a continuous 360 degree rotation.
On PC or part circle models, you can go from typically 40-360 degrees. And depending on brand, the 360 degree rotation will be a reversing 360 degree rotation. So it will go all the way around in one direction, then reverse back and go the other direction to get the full 360 degree arc.
