The 3209 and 3100-BRIDGE do not go together. The 3209 is for Pro-EX controllers.
If the Pro-LC that you have has a port for the 3100-BRIDGE to go in, then that is all you need for WiFi capability. The Pro-LC with WiFi was just released though and they have older models of Pro-LC that do not have the WiFi ports.
Please email me at contact@cheapsprinklers.com with a picture of your Pro-LC and I can let you know if the 3100BRIDGE will work with it.
