No, it does not have a check valve. If you need the spray head with the check valve and want the rotary nozzle then you need to order the following;

78004-CV
RN100-ADJ-90-270

You just have to order the spray head and nozzle separately if you need the check valve as we do not have any pre-built units. But all you have to do is xxxx the nozzle into the spray head with your hand to install.
