I need a 110v timer that will turn a pump on for 15 minutes every 3rd day.

The 2110 is the model you will need. It will come with 18 of the white 15 minute timing pins. You will just need to use one of them on the time of day you wish for the controller to operate for the 15 minutes. You then have the ability to set the days of the week you wish the controller to operate which can be every 3rd.
