Is this 1/2” Diameter and does the bottom end of this extension have a 1/2”Female thread?

No this is not a 1/2'' thread. The thread is specifically meant for a spray head pop up that has male threads. The other end of it will accept a spray nozzle, rotary nozzle or another 1800EXT.
It is used to extend the pop-up length of a pop-up spray head.
