Yes it can but the Flow Meter will have to be purchased separately.
You can either purchase the HC-100-FLOW which is a 1'' Flow Meter that you could reduce the line down to. Or they have an 1-1/2'' option that I do not have on the website. I can special order the 1-1/2'' if you need that size. Please email contact@cheapsprinklers.com if you need the 1-1/2'' Flow Meter.
