How adjust flow? I cannot tell if each is simply a on-half turn or multiple turns.

Each individual outlet is just a micro ball valve. So if you turn it multiple times the flow will not be adjusted. You just have play with it to see what direction allows the flow you would like, but I believe the arrow is pointing directly down for the most flow.
