The S20PSA is the direct replacement for the M24E solenoid. So you will be good to go with this one.

The Weathermatic S20P model has been discontinued.Replaced with the HD24JHPSA Heavy Duty Replacement Solenoid. This solenoid will fit all valves that the S20P model would fit.
