Yes it will! The MPT connection at the bottom of the 28311 fixture will line up with the threads on the 15607.

Wanting to mount my kichler spotlights to a tree or a post. Need to know if they will xxxx into this mount you have. My model # is 28311 its a kichler spot light low voltage hardwired spot.
