When do you really ship?

I tried calling but could not get through. The message indicated you were overwhelmed. I need the Solar Powered Irrigation unit by the 20th of September, delivered to LA. I am trying to decide whether to order or not. Your message scared me a little. How behind are you? Can you respond to customers? Thank you.

We ship all orders out Monday-Friday if placed before 4 PM EST as long as the item is in stock. If the item happens to be out of stock or we do not have the complete order, one of our customer service members will reach out to you and explain the situation and ETA of when we can get the product to you.
